Το Ωδείο Φίλιππος Νάκας, ένα από τα κορυφαία μουσικά εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα της χώρας μας, είναι το σημείο σύγκλισης πολλών μουσικών ρευμάτων. Εδώ η κλασική μουσική συναντά την τζαζ και η τζαζ συμπορεύεται με την παραδοσιακή μουσική και τα σύγχρονα μουσικά ρεύματα. Από την ίδρυσή του το 1989, έχει συμβάλει ενεργά στην άνοδο του επιπέδου της μουσικής εκπαίδευσης εμπλουτίζοντας συνεχώς τα προγράμματά του, εφαρμόζοντας νέες μεθόδους και χρησιμοποιώντας την τελευταία λέξη της τεχνολογίας στις μουσικές σπουδές. 

Featuring a professionally organized facility, the conservatory is based in the center of Athens-Greece, a natural crossroads between East and West with a significant cultural heritage and musical tradition. It was founded back in 1989.The mission of the Philippos Nakas Conservatory (PNC)is to provide high quality music education for children and youngsters, and strive for excellence in music education. It focuses on the pleasure that music can give, on the energy that both composing and performing music can provide, on the excitement that students experience through team work in classrooms and concerts. In one word PNC communicates with a genuine way, not only the knowledge, but also the LOVE for music.
